So, Patti, it's been ten days. How's that minimal meat thing working?
So far so good. I've had seafood several times, though mostly not as the main focus of the meal... e.g. stir-fried vegetable dishes with shrimp. I had a chicken caesar salad yesterday. I've had a couple of salads that had bacon sprinkles on them. And once last week I had a BLT, but I was in a hurry and it was actually one of the least meat-infested things on the menu. I've had no beef at all, and no pork other than the abovementioned bacon.
It's been an interesting exercise, and not terribly difficult.
