I got more spam to my PPA email address today, this time for richstarcasino.net. It was nearly identical to what was sent for luxmagiccasino.net. I called the PPA and talked to someone in member services.

He stated fairly emphatically that they have not sold their email list, that they've heard other complaints of this, they take it seriously, and they're investigating. He took my name and email address and promised to let me know when they'd gotten to the bottom of it.

My money is on rogue employee.

Yep. Spammers routinely buy and sell lists of email addresses. I imagine the PPA list, which is going to have mostly good addresses, and which is already market-targeted, would fetch a premium.
