Feed tiny bits of it to me?

I really like it plain on a cheese/charcuterie plate, or wrapped around very good mozzarella. It's also a delicious part of nolio pizza.

thinly sliced italian deli meats + fresh mozzarella + sun dried tomatoes will shorten my lifespan but let me die with a smile on my face.

Buy some thin sliced boneless chicken breasts at the store. Layer one slice of prosciutto and one slich of (reduced fat) provolone on top of the chicken and roll it up. Top with a bit of white wine and some Dijon Mustard and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

Put prosciutto/mozz cheese/fresh tomato's on a good fresh roll,then padd a little pesto,rub a bit of olive oil on the outside of the roll.(ciabata bread works well too)

press on hot foreman grill unti the cheese starts to melt

(also yummy with chicken)

My favorite prosciutto food that is also just really easy to put together is a prosciutto, fig and goat cheese sandwich.

They do a great one at this sandwich place called Salumi's in Seattle, but googling the recipe, this looked pretty accurate:
