Chiropractors: a socially-acceptable use for bottoming skills.

The bastard left bruises on my forearms when I saw him on Saturday. Today he slapped a TENS on the exact same spot, cranked it up mid-session, then hit the area with deep tissue massage.

Not only do I pay for this, but I"m going back for more on Thursday.

I was at the occupational therapist for my first visit post-surgery, shortly after having the pins removed from my thumb.

The first thing she said to me was, "Go dip your hand in that vat of molten wax." My jaw dropped. "No, really. It's not too hot; it doesn't hurt." Honeybuns, that's not why my jaw dropped.

Later on she told me that one of her patients liked the wax so much that he went home and dripped candle wax on his arm, and burned himself. "Tell him to use cheap paraffin candles. They burn cooler."

::chuckle:: Yeah. The guy I see is actually a member of the scene; he knows that I'll safeword if I need to, so he feels free to work as deep as he needs to... which means that I've had sessions with him that, if they'd been scenes, would be among the top ten heaviest scenes I've done.

I learned this the hard way: don't tell them that your feet are bothering you unless you mean it. MotherFUCK.

On the other hand, there was the ER doc I saw a couple of years back who left me fuming after a simple but painful procedure because he was such a lousy top. *I* could do it better than that, I thought but didn't say, would you like me to give you lessons?
