I'm with you there. Things I've done today (in order):
1. Sleep 2. Surf Fark aimlessly. 3. Trip to the walk-in to get a scrip for Tamiflu. 4. Pick up Tamiflu -- and Robitussin AC (the "good" Robitussin, with codeine.) 5. Watch the entirety of the Lord of the Rings trilogy on TNT 6. Nap partway through #5.
Nothing accomplished. Although I've read a lot of The Daily WTF, so I suppose I better understand the need to document code and give procedures/variables meaningful names, and not use procedure names like DoSomeStuff(foo, bar).
My weekend: Friday: Diagnosed with pneumonia Worked until 6pm. Came home, made dinner Gave child a bath. Put him to bed. Saturday: Woke up at 7am to make son breakfast. Went out, got bagels. Took son to Home Depot to make a wagon. Cleaned house. Watched son all evening while my wife hosted a party. Sunday: Woke up, got son dressed. Went out and got breakfast to bring home. Did work on my computer. Made lunch. Made cookies with son. Made dinner, put son to bed.
