Yeah yeah. But hey... nobody has had to yell at me for not running since I started this a few months ago. Did the 5-(3)-5-(3)-5 drill again, but this time I decided to do the final minute at 1.5 MPH faster than usual. That kicked my ass-- 15BPM of heart rate, to be precise. Breathing seems 99% OK.
I think I'm going to stay at the three-fives level for a couple more weeks. I feel like I'm building up stamina by doing it.
