During Vehicular Hell V2.0 today, there was an earthquake just as I arrived at the BART station. The magnitude was 1.0, but that seemed to be enough to stop BART dead in its tracks for a couple of minutes.

I'm waaaaaay late in figuring out what I want to do for a halloween costume. It's complicated by the fact that I'll be in LA, and I need to find something I can take in carryon luggage. I suppose I could take a tail and a hypodermic needle and be a furry with a syringe on top.
