Good technical support (for a change)

I spent about an hour tonight configuring a new wireless router, and wound up having a bit of an argument with it. I eventually went off to D-Link's website and fired off a request to their technical support people. When I was done, I got a message to the effect of, "Thank you. You should receive a response in 24-36 hours." I wasn't expecting much, but it was worth a shot.

Ten minutes later I had email from support. It was clear and concise, and gave me *exactly* the information I needed.
