Running poll

I have no idea what the answer to this question is. I can make some guesses based on past behavior, but past behavior would have had me quitting two months ago so it's not a very good estimator. Some of you are pedantic, and I know that one month also qualifies as less than a year. I didn't specifically spell out "more than a month but less than three months", but pick the answer that's closest to your guess.

I'm declaring this battle won

Four and a half days after I stopped taking medicine for high blood pressure, my evening BP is 108/75. If my doctor isn't happy with that, he can just go fellate himself.

And Boo kitty just jumped up on my lap for the first time, rather than putting his front paws on my lap and meowing to be picked up. Silly boy. He can jump way higher than that, but for some reason he's been scared to. The frightened feral that was hiding behind the dryer a few months ago is now a big ole lap cat.
