Crock Pot Pulled Pork
about half a cup of ketchup
about half a cup of cider vinegar (you might like a little less)
maybe about a quarter cup of worcestershire sauce
about a quarter cup of brown sugar
about a tablespoon of mustard
an onion or two, chopped
a little bit of chopped garlic
salt and pepper
a little bit of something spicy (red pepper, cayenne, whatever)
a little bit of liquid smoke
Put it all in a crock pot and mix it up. Toss in a 3 pound or so pork roast. Turn the crock pot on low and let it all cook for about eight hours. Pull the meat apart with forks and let it cook a little while longer.
The *really* easy way to do this is a bottle of barbecue sauce and a roast.
