From OpenTable customer service

When you make an online reservation, you have the option to receive special even
t emails from the restaurant. By default, the "No" option is selected. So unless you change it to "Yes" the restaurant does not have visibility to your email address. The reservation confirmation email you receive originates from OpenTable.


OK, so now I know with reasonable certainty that it's an OpenTable issue rather than a Sushi Groove South issue. I'm changing my email address with their site; we'll see if the new one leaks.
