Per my recent poll, since you've no doubt looked them up right after answering...

If you're curious and want to try them for yourself, the "As Seen on TV" pan is actually reasonably good.

Do you own the one you linked by chance, or was that one purely an example? I

If you do own it, is really heavy? I noticed it says cast iron but some of them seem more dense and heavy than others. (Or maybe it's the weight displacement because my wrist is bearing the weight for those pans and stuff). thx

That's the one I bought.

It's about the same weight as a small cast iron skillet-- it's not light, but it's not wildly heavy either. The pan itself is about seven inches in diameter. My wrists and elbows have been screwy for quite a while, and I don't find it unmanageable or even terribly uncomfortable.

Awesome. Thanks!

My wrists are pretty bad/weak. Some of the cast iron stuff freaks me out as being dangerous because of the likeliness of me dropping it.

I love pancakes. They're such a treat for me. I stuffed myself with a bunch of them over the weekend. :x

Pancake puffs look super fun! =D

Hmmm. I'm wondering if there's a reason you couldn't make aebleskiver in the oven using a mini-muffin pan.

It would be hard to make them spherical-- you rotate them quarter turns as they cook.
