So far so good. I just took my blood pressure with my shiny new blood pressure monitor, and it was 117/77. I've also gained two pounds, but I totally expected that-- stop taking diuretics, and start retaining water.
I think I'll go back to the gym tonight and do a nice easy W5D1-- run five, walk three, run five, walk three, run five. I'll see how I feel after doing that, but it might be a good place to settle in for a week or two.
