After finishing C25K and tweaking my knee seconds later, I took a couple of weeks off. Today I went back to the gym and attempted to start over, doing W1D1 at a faster pace.
About halfway into it my knee started feeling a little bit tweaky, so I decided to quit early. Plus, I was feeling a bit run-down from not sleeping enough and from mild digestive unhappiness after eating some probably-bad Chinese food Friday night. I'm not feeling bad about quitting.
I don't think I'll document every run the second time through, but I'll probably post summaries and occasional anecdotes.
