Tonight I cooked brussels sprouts. Whoever first concluded that these thing are edible was sorely mistaken. Bleah!
On the other hand, fich just mentioned HoHos to me. The very thought of eating one was well and truly disgusting. I've gotten so out of the habit of eating factory food that it's hard to imagine wanting to do it.
12 weeks, though approximately three weeks of that was "diet vacation" where I ate pretty much whatever I wanted within reason and didn't track what I ate. What the picture doesn't show is that as of this morning, I'm 25% of the way to my goal. The goal was sort of arbitrarily chosen, and at the same time it's a reasonable one. When I get there, I'll take a look around and see what I want to do next.
I think I'll celebrate with a glass of ice wine.
