Subject:How to get rid of old DVDs?
Time:12:02 pm
I have a big pile of DVDs that I've realized I'll probably never watch again, and I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of them. I wouldn't mind seeing some money for them, or at least a tax deduction, but what's the best way of doing that?

I suppose I could sell them on Ebay, but they're worth maybe three bucks each and I'm not willing to go through the hassle for that. Selling them as a lot on Ebay probably reduces their value tremendously. I could donate them, but to what organization?

Anyone have creative ideas?

Some public libraries have DVD collections.

Many libraries also have a way to sell donations and items no longer being circulated (either in the library branch or at a dedicated site). The money usually goes towards library programs, which makes your donation tax-deductible.
