Subject:How to get rid of old DVDs?
Time:12:02 pm
I have a big pile of DVDs that I've realized I'll probably never watch again, and I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of them. I wouldn't mind seeing some money for them, or at least a tax deduction, but what's the best way of doing that?

I suppose I could sell them on Ebay, but they're worth maybe three bucks each and I'm not willing to go through the hassle for that. Selling them as a lot on Ebay probably reduces their value tremendously. I could donate them, but to what organization?

Anyone have creative ideas?

+1 on selling to a used book/CD/record store. It's really easy - you bring in a big box, usually they tell you to come back at the end of the day and they will give you back the stuff they don't want, and you can get either a cash price or a (higher) trade-in price in store credit.
